What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return window for products in original, unused condition with all tags attached. Please contact our support team to initiate a return.
Do your bags come with a warranty?
Yes, all Able Carry bags are covered by a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
Are the backpacks waterproof?
While our bags are highly water-resistant due to DWR coatings and weather-resistant zippers, they are not fully submersible. They will protect your gear in heavy rain.
Can I wash my Able Carry bag?
We recommend spot cleaning with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Do not machine wash or dry clean, as this can damage the fabric coatings and structural integrity.
